Discuss a project$1,250 / month
Up to 15 scheduled estimating hours per service month. Use them for takeoffs, scope review, bid preparation, or revisions.
Extra standard hours: $100/hour with prior approval. Unused hours do not roll over. No unlimited bids or guaranteed emergency availability.
Discuss monthly supportFocused scope reviews: from $150. Additional revisions: $100/hour. Accepted rush work: $150/hour, with a $150 minimum; the rush rate replaces the standard hourly rate for that work. A quote or written authorization confirms the charge before work begins.
Your quote states the upfront payment or deposit. Any balance must be paid before final files are released. Monthly support is prepaid; recurring billing begins only under a separate accepted authorization.
Send the new documents and deadline immediately. I’ll confirm availability, price, and a revised delivery time. A new addendum does not automatically reserve emergency capacity.
